Delivery:

1.     he delivery of orders takes place up to 20 working days after ordering, according to the standard and the shipping area. Delivery is carried out by the companies CTT Correios de Portugal, S.A. and UPS.

2.     Shipping costs may be added to the order.

3.     The service will be made available after confirmation of the payment.

Returns

The product cancellation or return process is handled on a case-by-case basis by Naturata and the instructions for returning the amount you paid and/or returning the goods are answered and defined by Naturata using the same means of communication.

Please note that the costs associated with the return, namely the shipping costs, are the responsibility of the client.

However, whenever possible, the return is made through the same payment method. In this sense, Naturata undertakes to return the amount in question to the user within a maximum period of 10 days.

If for any reason it is found that the item delivered is defective or not in conformity with what was ordered, the customer must contact us by e-mailing e-mail. Afterwards, the product can be returned, as long as our exchange and item return policy is respected.
